    Our Mlily mattresses are designed for normal domestic use which is defined as 8-10 hours of full horizontal body support a day for at least 10 years. Providing the mattress is in a clean, undamaged, and sanitary condition, Mlily will replace your mattress free of charge if it is deemed to be a manufacturing fault within 10 years from the date of purchase.

    This Warranty Excludes:

    • Damage due to abuse

    • Soiled or burned

    • Moisture ingress

    • Commercial or medical use 

    • Bedding sold “As is” 

    • Comfort preference* 

    • Normal body indentation less than 30mm** 

    • Inappropriate foundations, i.e., timber slats greater than 7cm apart, bowed posture slats or narrow tubing.


    Memory Foam Pillow 5 Year Limited Warranty
