Assembly Service

Do I have to choose assembly service?

No, you don’t have to select assembly. It’s completely optional and available only if you’d like some extra help.

What items include assembly?

Most large or complex items—such as beds, wardrobes, tables, and cabinets—are eligible for assembly. Smaller items and sold as is items may not require assembly and will arrive ready to use.

How does the assembly service work?

Once you have decided to use our assembly service, our team will arrange an assembly time. A trained technician will assemble the item safely, place it in your preferred location, and remove packaging upon request.

Is assembly included in the price?

Assembly is an additional optional service. Fees vary depending on the location, item size and complexity. Please confirm the price with our team before making an appointment. 

Do I need to prepare anything before the assembly team arrives?

Please ensure the area is clear, accessible, and free from obstacles. This helps our team complete the setup safely and efficiently.

How long does assembly take?

Assembly time depends on the product type. Most items can be assembled within 30–120 minutes, while larger pieces may take longer.

What if there are no assembly instructions with my product?

If your product arrives without assembly instructions, please contact us. We will arrange for the instructions to be provided as soon as possible. They can be emailed as a scanned copy for your convenience.

Can I choose delivery and assembly on different days?

Yes. If needed, we can schedule assembly for a separate day that suits your availability. However, it works out cheaper if delivery and assembly on the same day. 

Will the team remove packaging?

Yes. Upon request, our assembly team can take the packaging away for disposal or recycling.

Can I cancel or reschedule my assembly appointment?

Absolutely. Please notify us in advance to reschedule or make changes to your appointment.
