Non-Returnable Items
Most of our furniture are made to order, a unique item is made just for you when the manufacturer receives your order. You will be charged a 35% cancellation fee on the entire cost of your order if you cancel it.
We do not accept returns or allow exchanges, nor do we offer refunds for the following products and services:

Warranties, Exchanges, and Repairs
According to Australian Consumer Law, we provide warranties for all of our products. We will work tirelessly to ensure that no product has any flaws or issues. Please contact us if you order encounters any missing parts, structure problems, or quality issues. All repairs and exchanges are handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
For a major failure or as compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage, you are entitled to a exchange or refund. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they are constitute a major failure. We reserve the right not to offer a replacement or refund if the failure is minor.

Please get in touch with the store if you think there was a manufacturing fail, please send us clear photos or videos that can show the problems, an inspection may arranged to clarify the issues. If we accept the failure within the warranty periods, we will provide the following possible solutions:

If only replacing faulty parts will fix the issue, we will at your convenience send through the spare parts to you, or arrange for store pickup.

If it is fixable by the customer, we will send instructions and offer a partial return as compensation.

If in need, we will arrange professionals to provide free on-site repair.

If there is a significant flaw in the furniture that cannot be fixed, you are entitled to a replacement, please keep in mind that some of our products are sourced offshore and may take more than 10 weeks to locate a replacement part or product. we may substitute an item of equal value; or customers have the option to return the defective item and receive a full refund.
